Abstract

The study draws on the experiences of gay teachers of color to identify and analyze how the intersections of race, gender and sexuality impact these teachers’ teaching principles, dispositions, and practices. The results suggest how an intersectional analysis of gay teachers of color can be used to inform social justice-oriented education across the P-20 spectrum.
