This comparative case study takes up settler colonialism theory to examine the official sixth-grade social studies curriculum in Minnesota and Manitoba, including standards, textbooks, and curricular resources to understand the potential for, and limitation of, the formal curriculum to function both as and for transitional justice in settler-colonial nation-states.
