This study contributes evidence-based knowledge on the state of education and more specifically the well-being of students in Muslim societies. While prior educational research and interventions have emphasized education for employment or citizenship development, this study takes a holistic approach to young people’s cognitive, emotional, and behavioral well-being as part of their developmental trajectory into higher states of consciousness. The study was launched in sixteen societies, this paper focuses on six: Bangladesh, Bosnia, India, Indonesia, Tanzania, and Tatarstan. Data collection is completed for all, and analysis is completed for the six mentioned assessing four constructs among high school and university students: empathy, forgiveness, community-mindedness and moral reasoning. Results show high reliability of subscales and significant interactions between constructs.
