Auditory learning is becoming more practical and accessible than before, but it takes more time to listen compared to reading message. In order to achieve more awareness in less time, 1.5 time-compressed auditory lectures are popular. This study explored how 1.5 time-compressed auditory lecture affected learning process and performance compared to normal speed auditory lecture through the use of quizzes, questionnaires, brainwave detections. The study shows that the two considered speed auditory lectures generated good learning performance, and there was no significant difference between them in terms of learners’ attention, meditation, cognition and learning performance. These findings help to further understand the underlying mechanisms of auditory learning and optimize the setting of learning resources,
