Abstract

The purpose of this conceptual paper is to advance the ideas of the research method called educational criticism and connoisseurship. Specifically, this paper addresses the idea of dropping the word "educational" from the appellation of educational criticism and connoisseurship, utilizing criticism as auto-criticism, and using numerous forms of representation instead of or in addition to the narrative tool of description.
