This paper examines the ways in which data from administrative data systems (e.g., Statewide Longitudinal Data Systems) were used to answer practitioners’ and policymakers’ driving questions. Across three cycles of inquiry, we identified the importance of (1) data quality, (2) learning events, and (3) multi-agency problems of practice.
