Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship and investigate parental support, teacher support, self-determination, career maturity, self-regulated learning, and school satisfaction in high-school education. For this study, 1,155 high-school students in Korea completed surveys. The results of this study are as follows. First, parental support and teacher support effect self-determination. Second, parental support, teacher support, and self-determination affect career maturity, self-regulated learning, and school satisfaction. Based on these results, this study suggests instructional design methods and management strategies to improve for school.
