This study examines the mediatory role of professional development to improve teachers’ job-satisfaction. As a result, when teachers participated in both type of School-PD and Non School-PD, their job-satisfaction was increased. In addition, PD plays significant mediatory role in the relationship between school support, school climate and teachers’ job-satisfaction. The results of this study extend our understanding for the effect of PD, and the role of PD.
