Administrative Leadership Team Micropolitics in Addressing the Needs of Middle School Students

Fri, April 17, 2:15 to 3:45pm, Virtual Room

Abstract

Leadership at the middle school level face challenges unique to the students that they serve. Students who once performed well on standardized tests suddenly struggle (Bedard & Do, 2005), and retention rates increase as students juggle more demanding academic rigor with outside interests.
