The emergence of social entrepreneurship has prompted higher education to engage in a variety of educational activities with social implications. However, at present, social entrepreneurship initiated by higher education lacks collaborative work with various community stakeholders. This study employs Participatory Action Research (PAR) to re-evaluate how higher education is to engage in social entrepreneurship in collaboration with various community stakeholders.
