As potential protective and risk factors for cyberbullying, we explored two types of ICT use for leisure and information, with focused attention to immigrant youths. Adopting serial multiple mediator SEM models allowed the full mechanism governing the ways cyberbullying affects immigrant youths through the direct and indirect paths of two types of ICT uses. The results demonstrated the harmful effects of cyberbullying were more pronounced among youths who frequently used ICT for leisure than among those who used it primarily for information. We discussed the implications of these findings in the context of digital resilience.
