This qualitative, multiple case study inquired into the experiences of women faculty of color (non-Latina) at three Hispanic-Serving Institutions. Faculty at Hispanic-Serving Institutions are comprised of women of different ethnicities, but research on their experiences is limited. Through this study, the researchers gained a better understanding of the experiences of women faculty of color from various disciplines. This research has implications for other institutions who seek to not only recruit but also retain these faculty members whose diverse voices are especially needed in higher education.
