This study aims to explore the relationships of junior high school principals’ technology leadership, teachers’ professional learning community and school innovation management. The survey objects were junior high school teachers across Taoyuan city, Taiwan. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling. The results of the common fit indices clearly indicate that the model fits the data quite well. The findings show that principals’ technology leadership is positively influence teachers’ learning community and school innovation management. Principals' technology leadership allows teachers to enhance the overall effectiveness of school innovation through professional learning communities. That is, principal's technology leadership, as mediated by teachers' professional learning community, affects school's innovative management.
