Anti-frustration ability is an individual's ability to fight against frustration. This study used the undergraduates' anti-frustration ability scale to investigate the situation of 2,790 undergraduates. The results show that Chinese undergraduates' anti-frustration ability is generally good, but quite a few students' anti-frustration ability is low. Girls' anti-frustration ability is lower than boys'; Second and third year students have relatively low anti-frustration ability. Students of humanities and social sciences have relatively low anti-frustration ability. Students who have never been student cadres have relatively low anti-frustration ability. Students with different academic self-evaluation have great differences in anti-frustration ability. Based on the investigation and analysis, this study proposes corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of school, family and individual.
