Interventions to Identify and Serve High-Achieving Students With Economic Need

Abstract
In this symposium, we examine several interventions designed to identify and serve high-achieving students with economic need. These interventions span early elementary through middle school years and include supplemental programs within schools as well as outside of schools. The goal of this symposium is to introduce the audience to A. the mechanics of each intervention, B. the effects of each intervention, and C. synthesize the lessons learned from these interventions.
