Each paper will contribute a unique perspective and a) describe the current landscape in California around workforce preparation for ECE providers of DLLs, b) highlight existing and effective ECE classroom practices for DLLs, and c) provide examples of existing efforts to improve the quality of ECE for young DLLs through intentional workforce development.
