Abstract

In every aspect of the job, teachers are a key point of contact for school principals. Principals work in collaboration with teachers to implement district policies and school-based practices, and to cultivate relationships with parents and other stakeholders. Indeed teachers serve a pivotal role in the success of schools. This session will examine the different ways that school leaders and teachers work together for student and school success.
