Understanding Professional Knowledge Construction in Teaching (and Learning)

Abstract
Each of these papers takes up in a different way the construction of professional knowledge-in pre-service teachers' reflecting practices, through understanding student actions in an online course, and in two teachers' differing practices of culturally responsive teaching. The research is aimed at understanding this knowledge construction in order to improve our approaches to teacher education and to online learning.
