Abstract
Papers in this session use methods of normative analysis to examine vital questions of ethics and justice in the contexts of PK-12 and higher education policy. Topics examined include: school choice, punishment in schools, homeschooling, faculty speech on social media, and institutional diversity strategies in higher education.
