Abstract

Join us for the annual business meeting of the Law and Education special interest group. The purpose of the SIG is to focus on legal issues affecting K-12 public and private schools, as well as legal issues in postsecondary education. Our members are legally and non-legally trained faculty members, graduate students and practitioners who study school law and higher education law broadly. The SIG is interested in promoting scholarship related to federal, state, and international legislation, court cases, and administrative policies and practices in the educational context.
