American higher education scholars found that the spirituality and religiosity of college students make significant impacts on their college experiences and outcomes. While attention on the importance of spirituality and religiosity has increased, international students’ spirituality and religiosity studies have been largely ignored in existing spiritual and religious research. Thus, to reduce this gap in the literature, this study examined how the spiritual and religious experiences of international students affect college outcomes during college years. In particular, this study utilized the I-E-O framework (Astin, 1993) and student involvement theory (Astin, 1984) which has been widely used to assess the impact of various experiences on college student outcomes.
