Data Analysis Knowledge Assessment of Preservice Teachers Based on Cognitive Diagnostic Assessment

Abstract

This paper forms a data analysis cognitive model composed of eight attributes, and develops an assessment instrument of data analysis knowledge composed of 19 items by analyzing teachers' data literacy and basic knowledge of data analysis. Through the comparison of different cognitive diagnosis models, the GDM model with better fitting is selected for parameter assessment. The effectiveness of the instrument is also analyzed to form the assessment framework of pre-service teachers' data analysis knowledge. Based on this framework, the data of 531 pre-service teachers from China are analyzed from three aspects: score and attribute mastery probability, learning path and knowledge structure.
