With significant transformations of K-12 education toward online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a need for quality online learning content that meets all students' learning needs, including students with disabilities (SWD). iEN portal provides thousands of free online lessons for K-12 students, however, not all students can learn from such content, especially SWD. The UDL Scan Tool was adopted to measure the appropriateness of online content. Therefore, investigating iEN content flexibility and personalization of instruction to meet students' learning needs, especially SWD is vital. Preliminary results indicated a significant weakness of the design and inconsistency of lessons, a lack of UDL guidelines and principles to ensure the quality of content, and a lack of facilitating interaction and engagement.
