Catholic school leaders have 20 institutions of higher education to choose from when searching for graduate degrees, certificate programs, or professional learning designed for Catholic educators. Information about these programs is found on individual school websites but not housed in one location. This descriptive study, utilizing document analysis, aims to centralize information about these programs and to describe their format of delivery, geographic location, course offerings, and cost. In conjunction with the already complex reality of Catholic schools, the COVID-19 pandemic magnifies many of the challenges facing leaders. The researchers conclude that university-based programs for Catholic educational leadership formation are at a turning point that could yield greater accessibility for school leaders and increased collaboration among Catholic institutions of higher education.
