Landscape of Teacher Education Program Evaluation Systems

• In Event: Evaluating and Improving Teacher Preparation Programs

Abstract

This presentation will provide an overview of existing teacher preparation program evaluation systems. It will identify the common themes, as well as differences, within evaluation methods as well as within and between the differing programs. With a special focus on California, Texas, and Delaware, it will also address the data access, analysis, and utilization as well as the criteria/indicators that are included in data systems.
