The COVID-19 pandemic caused unforeseen changes amongst school administrators and educators. Unprecedented times in education resulted in new problems arising, which solicited school administrators and educators to become problem solvers and find new solutions. This paper describes the administrators and educators’ needs during COVID-19 and the implementation of TeleED coping with COVID-19 to help K-12 educational leaders manage COVID-19 in their schools. TeleED is a platform for professional development for school administrators and educators to partner with a state level university. The total number of the participants is over 900. Preliminary findings suggest educators have wanted to access educational resources that are openly available online. Also, they wanted to know the recent updates regarding school policy affected by COVID-19.
