Numerous studies document the various ways in which students of color encounter differential treatment compared to their White peers in educational settings and subsequently how this differential treatment can influence disparate outcomes across race. As such, this study examines youth of color's racialized experiences across several domains to which youth are expected to have exposure in their schooling experiences to promote their socio-emotional health and positive school outcomes. The correlations between experiences in these domains and schooling outcomes (e.g., academic performance and suspension) are examined to illuminate how gaps in youth of color's racial and cultural experiences in school can influence their school success.
