This study investigated ways in which students experienced and learned from producing a podcast by interviewing school leaders. Two co-instructors facilitated the project. Qualitative data demonstrated that the students felt increased capacity as future school leaders and connected course readings with the podcast. The final paper will share details of the inductive coding and the themes produced through triangulation of the data sources, being student communication logs, podcast episodes, and other reflective documentation.
