The COVID-19 pandemic impacted educational systems in unprecedented ways and led to massive school closures, disrupting traditional educational practices. These closures tested the capacity of educational institutions in their ability to quickly adjust to educate students remotely. Unfortunately, few systems were prepared for such disruptive change. Utilizing the Communities of Practice (CoP) framework, this study explores how TeleED supported educational leaders across Oklahoma to address the multi-faceted challenges brought on by the pandemic.
