Abstract

EducAid, a NGO with schools in Sierra Leone, prioritises admission of disadvantaged children but nevertheless achieves high social and educational standards. These schools provided continuous professional development and learning (CPDL) for teachers in other schools. This paper reports the design, development, delivery, and an impact evaluation of CPDL which aimed to mobilise effective practices more widely.
