Abstract

Graduate student experiences can be a time of great stress and uncertainty for students trying to navigate the many unknown and known expectations of a graduate program. For students of color, this often includes juggling personal and professional responsibilities while navigating racial experiences such as discrimination or isolation. This panel will address burnout in academia. The panel will talk about their own experiences and the ways they found to combat burnout.
