Abstract

In this session, presenters will discuss the dynamic climate of higher education amid COVID-19. The speakers will share their take on how the pandemic is impacting job searches and hiring processes. In addition, they will spend time discussing their thoughts on promotion and tenure during this time. Attendees will hear about different considerations and strategies to maximize their opportunities to obtain a position and maintain a healthy trajectory to earn tenure. The panel will include diverse perspectives across universities and positions.
