The Impact of Sexual Assault of Minority Women on Retention at Historically Black Colleges and Universities

Abstract

The purpose of this study will be to explore the sexual assault experiences of female identified; undergraduate Women of Color (WOC) and the impact on retention at Minority Serving Institutions. Lastly, the research will be guided by Bean and Eaton’s Psychological Model of Student Retention.
