Non-Academic staff make up a large portion of the total numbers of employees at most institutions of higher education. This paper will discuss the importance of their role in student’s overall success and identity development. It is important to acknowledge and support the whole student as part of their development. Recognizing and identifying all interactions is a necessary step.
