Bullying attitude can significantly predict adolescent’ bullying behavior, and the research on adolescent bullying attitude can effectively promote the prevention and intervention of bullying. Based on the theory of social ecosystem, a multi-level linear model is established to explore the individual characteristics, family factors, and school factors that affect students' bullying attitudes by using PISA 2018 data in China. The HLM results showed that student-level factors (e.g., gender, grade repetition experience, meaning in life, resilience, self-efficacy, and school belonging), family factors (e.g., ESCS and parents' emotional support), and school-level factors (e.g., school location, student-teacher ratio and student behavior hindering learning) were significantly related to adolescent bullying attitude. These findings were discussed in relation to Chinese educational contexts.
