Abstract

The purpose of this interview-based study was to explore the daily experiences of AAPI faculty members in PWIs using the model minority myth and microaggressions as interpretive lenses. Themes from the interviews are used to illustrate how the model minority myth and microaggressions shaped these faculty members’ career-related experiences.
