The authors create a life history to capture the experiences of a Native American student trustee. Patchworking and theory of Conocimiento are used to illuminate the unique experiences of this student trustee as they attempt to promote equity and social justice through their participation in the board. In doing so, the authors illustrate the challenges faced by this student trustee as they navigate the trusteeship and participate in the decision-making process of their university.
