Abstract

To actualize long-lasting, equitable organizational change in post-secondary institutions, we must first understand the complex ways in which inequity is reified through routine processes and practices on campus. This paper offers a new approach for identifying and interrogating the changes necessary for meaningful transformation in higher education institutions.
