Abstract

This study provided alternative insight to relook at the new era of the Anti-Racist Pedagogy from a yin-yang perspective. Focusing on Chapter 11 T’ai/Peace (泰) and 12 P’i/ Standstill (否) of I-Ching (The Book of Change, Wilhelm, 1967), an ancient classic Chinese literature, this research was built on the philosophy of a Chinese idiom of “Things at the worst will mend” (否极泰来), originated from the two chapters of I-Ching (Chen, 2019). These two hexagrams of I-Ching demonstrate the philosophy of yin-yang movement: how yin and yang can transition from to another (Chen, 2019), which was used to interpret how Asian community surpassed from Chinese Virus to Stop Asian Hate movement.
