The goal of this session is to help participants consider how a diverse learning community offers unique benefits and tensions to the development of Early Career Researchers as well as to help participants understand how a diverse learning community might be best established and maintained. It will begin with an o introduction to the concept of learning communities and narratives from experience will be shared. Then small groups will discuss their reflections regarding diverse learning community participation for Early Career Researchers.
