Abstract

Educational practitioners working as equal partners alongside researchers to address urgent problems of practice is the fundamental goal of research-practice partnerships (RPPs) (e.g. Coburn & Penuel, 2016). Examining the lived realities of partners throughout the work provides invaluable lessons for how these relationships can support the evolving needs of stakeholders (Weddle et al., 2021). Now, as the world grapples with how to address inequities flamed by the pandemic, partnerships between universities and practitioners can be key pillars of good practice.
