Abstract
The objective of the symposium is designed to encourage aspiring and current women leaders on how to advance agendas to assist women to move ahead into higher education top-tier leadership roles. Pipelines, diversity issues, opportunities and challenges are presented. The discussion targets the unsettling gender disparity for women leaders in education. Case studies and empirical data are considered.
