Session Type: Poster Session
The Division D Graduate Student In-Progress Research Gala is an interactive poster session with an audience of interested researchers, including a panel of reviewers who will rate proposals and provide formative feedback. Professional researchers will also attend the Gala and provide feedback to the student presenters. The top ten (10) rated applications will be asked to give a 5-minute presentation of their work during the Gala. Four (4) winners from these ten will be chosen by a combination of proposal ratings and live assessment by professional researchers attending the event. Winners will present and receive a prize of $250 at the 2023 Division D Business meeting during the annual conference.
