The Gains From the Pandemic for School Administrators

Abstract

Previous studies have shown that school administrations had to deal with issues like a lack of equipment needed for emergency remote teaching, psychological issues and low motivation among stakeholders, insufficient technology use, problems with digital security, and a lack of communication, particularly at the start of the pandemic. Although it's clear that the epidemic was tough for school administrators, these experiences have given them fresh insights into management and teaching. This study intends to ascertain the benefits emergency remote teaching provided to school administrators based on the challenges they faced, the solutions they came up with, the abilities that were more crucial during this process, and the problems they encountered.
