This paper explores ways to address consequential education research on Black women leaders. Using a grounded theory study as empirical evidence, this paper interrogates the multiple ways of data collection and analysis as a critical approach to understanding Black women’s leadership experience. The paper will include the conceptual framework and research questions that guide the study but also review the use of the Delphi technique as a tool to center Black women as experts. The constructive approach to this work not only uses multiple quality research methods but also engages multiple sources for analysis of the data.
