Abstract

There is a clear need for practical engagement between campus faculty, staff, and students to create more action-oriented opportunities that build anti-racist practices. In order to clearly frame and orient this work, a Participatory Action Research (PAR) collaborative of students, faculty and staff developed the Anti-Racist Marianist Collaborative Framework
