Artificial Intelligence in Entrepreneurship Education: A Scoping Review

Abstract

This study spots opportunities for artificial intelligence in entrepreneurship education through a scoping review of publications. By reviewing relevant databases, we identified and critically reflected on eleven studies. The findings reveal that data analytics, machine learning, and adaptive or personalized learning systems have been used in entrepreneurship education. Natural language processing and chatbots can be further used to enhance learning. There are two outcomes, (1) the pedagogical design of education and artificial intelligence inspired us to explore the possibilities of the application of artificial intelligence in entrepreneurship education, and (2) vice versa, artificial intelligence in entrepreneurship education might encourage the stakeholders of other education areas to conduct the same. Finally, future directions of this research and scientific significance are discussed.
