This action research is intended to identify problems observed from pre-service teachers amid COVID-19 outbreak, take appropriate actions, and measure their effects. Since the restricted opportunities of getting teacher training and teaching practice were found to be problems, actions of offering one-semester long training and a six-week long online teaching practice were taken. Eighteen pre-service teachers took an ICT course to receive training and taught students online. They were satisfied with all contents covered for the training and improved in various abilities such as running Zoom classes, creating video contents, and building good teamwork. Working collaboratively with colleagues helped them become more responsible. Actions taken were confirmed to be successful. How pre-service teachers should be prepared for endemic is discussed.
