This review integrates relevant literature to illuminate experiences of Latine/a/o transfer-aspiring students. The review addresses the current transfer landscape, the Latina/o transfer gap, and corresponding challenges often experienced as students navigate higher education. Insights from this review can inform practices, policies, and research to improve educational experiences for Latine/a/o students.
