What Is the Future School in the Eyes of Chinese Teachers? Research on Workshops Based on Six Schools

Abstract

At present, education urgently needs to make necessary changes to meet the challenges of the current complex world with a new educational paradigm and a new school style, so as to realize its important role in human development. However, most international reports and scholars only formulate future school plans through logical inference or international experience, ignoring that teachers, as the most direct participants and researchers of future schools, have unique perspectives and experiences. This study takes the teachers of six local middle schools in China as the research object, takes the workshop as the research methodology, and intends to compare and analyze the future school scene in the eyes of Chinese teachers with the future school scene in the world.
